NOTE 5 Screen flickering on low birghtness

[AC Question]

Was using my phone as usual, when suddenly the screen started flickering alot, going blank at times and then coming back. At first I thought it was water damage, but soon i realized that the flickering only occurs when the brightness is low.

Works absolutely fine with auto brightness off and on high brightness.

Welcome to Android Central! Does this persist in Safe Mode? https://support.t-mobile.com/docs/DOC-27639. If so, it could be a sign that the screen is starting to fail. Make sure all of your data is synced or backed up, just in case.
