Note 5 unresponsive touch

i have a note 5 duos and i install a custom rom and its been in there for awhile now but recently my screen became unresponsive only spen works,, so i tried to reflash everything and it turns out good for about a week and then it happen again.. i wonder isit my hardware or my software? or maybe one of the lcd component is on the edge of breaking down?

I'd say that if the issue clears when re-flashing, it's the ROM. If it were a hardware issue it would happen either randomly or all the time, regardless of re-flash. Try a different ROM or going back to the original factory image.
