Anyone having usb connection issues under Win10?
Same phone/usb cable works fine on my Win7 work laptop ..had to install the samsung usb drivers from their website but phone gets detected as another media device and I can copy the pics/vids just like I'd off any other removable drive.
On my Win10 laptop, on usb, the phone gets detected, however, gets charged only....doesn't get detected as a media device. I have tons of pictures from a event over the weekend and would like to get this working on my personal Win10 laptop (vs using my work laptop). Under device mgr, the phone is not listed as all.
Tried Samsung Kies driver and after update, it says "your phone is not supported" .
I know it's a Windows 10 driver issue but it appears Samsung officially doesn't support that OS yet??
Any workarounds? Unfortunately, I've upgraded all 3 computers in my household to Win10 (runs like a champ and I really like the new OS). However, iPhone works fine on Win10 (tested my work device).
Thanks in advance!
