note 5 video chat not working

All I had was a notification saying I had an update so I clicked on it to start the update

It sounds like your carrier does not support video calling on Android. Can you try to insert your dad's sim card from his carrier, if his old carrier supported video calling?

galaxyfive I am with Rogers now and still can't video call

could it be because even tho this Samsung note 5 is a t mobile phone unlocked for me to use with Rogers is it possible I got the new update from t mobile do they have video calling
