R romel0721 New member May 3, 2012 4 0 0 Apr 22, 2016 #1 I have the unlock code for my Note 5, but when I put an unsupported sim in (Virgin Mobile, the phone is from Rogers) it doesn't prompt me to enter the unlock code. I tried restarting the phone with the unsupported sim in with no luck. Please advise.
