note 5 wont go to download mode

[AC Question]

Hi,
Am trying to flash my note 5 N9208 as since i bought it, it keeps lagging and installing many apps by itself.
But i couldn't go to download mode whatever i done, it keeps going to Chinese text which i translated to test mode. i have tried all the following:
1- using key comb. VOl-, Home, Pwr. it goes to test menu. tried several comb. also.
2- tried through Android SDK - command shell
3- installing boot loader app.
4-plugging usb cable and restart with several comb.

All keeps getting me into Test menue. usb debugging enabled. but couldnt find OEM lock.

Any help as highly appreciated as i spent days surfing the web with no results.

Welcome to Android Central! There's a very good chance you have a clone/knockoff of a Note5. Install an app like CPU-Z and tell us what kind of processor it reports. If it's Mediatek, it's a knockoff. Real Note5's have either a Qualcomm Snapdragon or a Samsung Exynos processor.
