Note 5 wont turn on, none of the resets work. Blue light is still on

My note 5 just wont turn on anymore. I was playing music and when I pressed the home button, the screen turned black and it wouldn't turn on. I tried all the resets and everything. The only indication that I have is the blue light thats constantly on. No responses whatsoever.

Hold down the volume down and power buttons simultaneously for 10 seconds. This simulates a battery pull.
