If there will be issues with verizon getting these in stores then they should extend their recall time. Next batch may not hit stores till October 28th.

My store said they would have more coming in next Monday or Tuesday so I should be good.

Just chatted online to a CS. He or She told me that my store should have them by tomorrow.

What recall time... Samsung and the carriers are now required to forever honor the recall... that part of the CPSC involment. There was a 9/30 date tossed around, but of all of the official releases... Samsung's, and AT&T... none of them list a date of any kind for cut offs.

I didn't think they were suppose to issue out the replacements till September 21st tomorrow.

The statment said that replacement devices would be available "NO LATER THAN 9/21" It said nothing about not doing them before 9/21.
