Note 7 Return Questions

OK I shipped my Note 7 back in the provided box (actually got two boxes). I have gotten my total refund that Verizon owed me. Questions: How do I know it actually arrived and I got credit for returning the Note 7? When will Samsung give me the $100 for replacing the Note 7 with an S 7 E Samsung phone? What form will the $100 credit take: a discount on my Verizon bill, a credit card from Samsung, a check from Samsung, etc.?
