Note 7 top speaker for voice calls no longer works

My note 7 is a week old now.

As of today i can no longer hear people from the top speaker. The only way i can have a conversation is if i put the phone on loudspeak.

Has anyone else experienced this problem?

I would def go to the store you got from amd have them exchange it. Since you are within the 14 grace period (i think most carriers have) threaten to return it out right if they don't help lol.

I wouldnt let them try and push it off on samsung warranty..
