NOTE 8 blue tooth will NOT turn on

[Android Central Question]

Got a pair of blue tooth headphones the other day. I swipped down to turn on my blue tooth. And it will not turn on. Went into the app and I swipped it again it shows "on" but it really in not. When I go back into it it is back on the off position. I have cleared the cache. Reset the phone and did everything else to try and fix it. And still nothing. Any other recomendations?
