Note 8 Bluetooth problem no sound

hi guys i have samsung note 8 with me i have updated my phone with new softwares, but since last update when ever my phone get connected to bluetooth device like in my car or even my home speaker , and i want to make a phone call there is not sound i cannot hear anything and the other person also cannot hear it also. i have tried clearing cache, tried it in safe mode but nothing is helping i have also reset my network settings but nothing is working i have tried to connect my phone to different car bluetooth and same problem, other things work like i can play music through bluetooth its just the phone call that does not work

Might want to try a factory reset

Welcome to Android Central! When you connect to a Bluetooth device, go to Settings>Bluetooth, tap the gear icon next to the device you connected, and make sure Phone Audio is turned on.
