Note 8 call audio not defaulting to Bluetooth

When i answer (or call out) calls with my bluetooth connected it lights up the Bluetooth button on the dialer but sound comes out the phone. i then have to double tap the Bluetooth button on dialer to turn it off then back on. Samsung told me this is my phone but its not cause both act that way

Still under warranty? Insist that they fix it - then see what happens. (If it's only your phone, they should be able to fix it, right?) (Back up everything before you give it to them.)
