Note 8 heating issue and warranty

I got my preordered note 8 at september 30 and performance is awesome. But i noticed the phone is abnormally warm and became hot while using data connection and using bixby. So i uninstall all 3 rd party apps and restart the phone. But the problem remains the same. So i ask other note 8 users about heating issue and all said that they have no heating issues at all and there is only slight warmth after playing online games for long time. So i start googling about any heating issues and find that most users has no issue with note 8. Most say it is the phone with less heat production. So i decide to do factory reset and problem still remains. So i went to samsung official service centre. And techinicians approve that it is the phone error. But they refuse to give me a replacement because my phone is more than 7 days from purchase date and they need further tests and approvement for repair or replacement. How annoying the official one year warranty in my region.How warranty cover in other regions. Thz for your suggestions and reply.
