So I purchased my note almost three weeks ago from t-mobile and it has developed a problem. About two days ago it went dead and would not accept a charge or turn on for about 8 hours, tried all the resets and button pressing configurations to no avail. Then like magic while it was attached to the charger I noticed it taking a charge and it worked fine for 2 days. Today I noticed my battery was at like 4% so I placed it on the charger and left the room. When I came back 2 minutes later the screen was all black except for the charging clock with no indication of charge status, the it went all black in front of my eyes and is now a brick again. I would say this was an isolated incident but my wife's note did the same thing a week prior but hers has been fine since that on time. It was the same thing though it started to take a charge about 8 hours later. I was wondering if anyone has had this issue or could shed some light to as why this is happening. Thank you.

Not heard of it. Since it's a phone you got through T-mobile, you can get a quick replacement.

The only pain would be to set up the phone again.

You would think so, t-mobile does not have any replacements so I have to send it out to Samsung for repair. 11 day turn around.

I read that you shouldn't let your battery go that low. Try connecting it to your computer using your usb cord and see if it begin charging.

That's crap. It's a manufacturing defect within their warranty period. They should just replace it. Hard to believe that T-mobile is out of Note8's.
So, if someone were to walk into a store now, they would couldn't purchase one? I would try to another store or DM on Twitter.
