Note 8 screen

Hi every one when I press my power button to lock the screen for a split second before it locks the wallpaper turns black and white does any one else do the same thanks for your help

Did you try changing the wallpaper?

Yeah I've changed wallpaper and theme does the same it's just for a split second when you press the power button as the screen turns off it goes black and white

Is your lock screen a light color? Maybe it switches to that just before going dark? And why is this an annoyance?

Never said it was an annoyance and I was just sending a link to the op that has the issue. I don't have it.

did you try a reboot?

Yes. It does.

If you wanna turn off the animation you have to do it in developers mode

Cheer people aslong as it's normal I'll just leave it dint want to have a faulty phone that's all I still can't get the YouTube app to play movies in full screen tho the crop toggle is missing on my phone and this is the 3rd note 8 I've had and none of them has the toggle to crop into full screen so God knows what's going on there

I've only had m y Note 8 since Monday, but after reading this I just gave it a try a bunch of times. Not doing it on mine.

mine doesn't. it's not a carrier thing since I'm with sprint too.
