Base on first charge, it stated only 3824 mah :(

Read the whole thing. It's an estimate, based on 1 charge cycle. Let it gather more data over time to get more accuracy.

When the first time I charged note 8 with accubattery, the result is 102%, 2% bigger than factory claimed.
My phone also feels hot, hotter than Note 8. Mine the exynos version.

Anybody who use Note 9 please install accubattery and screen shot the actual battery capacity after charging it to full 100%, thanks.

Mine showed as slightly above capacity but not all batteries are created equal. There will be slight differences between all.

I doubt Samsung nor Carriers would accept app battery calculations as a cause for exchange.

It's an estimate.

I think the battery need time to break in, I turned off my phone and charge it to 100% and wait it for 4 hours remaining full. Then I uninstall the apps and reinstall it again, the result is higher this time but still less than 4000 mah.
