Android Central Question

Note 9 appears to have "died". I always take care of my phones, keep them charged, etc. I do use it quite often. At the end of a hectic evening last night, I put it on the wireless charge stand by my bed, like I always do. I woke up and noticed it was "off". I tried to turn it on and only saw two things occur: lines flashed across the screen, similar to a data feed issue, and the screen flashed a "pale red color", and it never came on. Tried again just a few moments ago and now nothing.

Plan to go in to Sprint as soon as they open. Having a working phone is CRITICAL to my 2nd job, and just important in general as we all know! Argh.

Phones are manmade and can therefore fail.
A backup phone might be wise if they are that important to you.

Sorry to hear this , hopefully they fix quickly or swapp it out.

About to see. Going to Sprint store at 11 to see what they say. Its working at the moment but I feel like I cant trust it
I wouldn't trust it either, don't blame you .
Let us know how you make out .

Total waste of time the entire morning I talked to Samsung on the phone they told me to go to a Sprint corporate store I went to the Sprint corporate store they said they can't help I have to go through Samsung I called Samsung back they then called Sprint. I called Sprint back on the number they told me and explain the entire situation all over again even though I had a ticket number because they literally didn't know what to do with the ticket. All they told me was to go to a local service center I explain to them I don't know how many times now that there is no local service center number one and number two I literally work 60 hour work weeks I have no time to go to stores to begin with and that's where it's left at. Hopefully this thing just works for now I'm going to try to get on chat window later but while I'm on the phone I don't have access to the internet so I can't do anything on the phone while I'm working and I need this phone for my job.

Just a minor suggestion:
Grab yourself a burner phone. That will hold you over for your job until you get your situation figured out. If you have Sprints Asurion insurance, they will even give you a phone until they figure out the situation.
Salute!
