Note Edge keeps disconnecting from 4G

Hi. I have a problem with my Note Edge and I searched everywhere but didn't get any answer.
My house has a good LTE coverage and it doesnt really switches from LTE to 3G. But only when I dont use it. I usually use mobile hotspot to share the LTE internet with my laptop and I dont have a problem with LTE, so I dont really use my phone a lot. But when I do, it just switches from LTE to 3G. So to get it back, I have to change "Data network type" from LTE/3G to 3G, then change it back to LTE/3G. After a minute, if I use the phone, it happens againI have to do the same thing. Sometime it doesnt even connects to LTE. I just have to do it many times to connect to 4G. It really annoys me.

When you say the phone switches from LTE to 3G when you use it, are you just trying to use web-connected apps (e.g., the browser)? Or are you making a call on the phone and also trying to surf the web at the same time?

When I making a call, it allways switces to 3G but when the call ends, it switches back to LTE. But my problem allways happens when I'm using the web-connected apps. Like whatsapp, chrome or etc.

It never happens when I'm using these apps or anything else on my laptop.

Is your phone updated to the latest OS? I used to have similar problems before upgrading

Which carrier do you have? Do you have VoLTE/Advanced Calling/HD Calling turned on (or is the phone capable of it)? If not, then the phone is probably dropping to 3G in order to utlilize its voice capability. See this thread: T-Mobile, drops from LTE to 3G when making a… | Google Nexus 5

no I don't have the latest because I can't update. I get an error when trying to search for updates and I don't wanna use a firmware to update the OS

no I don't have those. I have Irancell (I live in iran)

That's probably why it drops to 3G when you're on a call.
