Note edge says with voice, flash of when opening camera

[Android Central Question]

After an ota update that came January 2019 my phone's vouce says "flash off" every time I open the galaxy camera app.

But I can't actually pinpoint the moment it started. And can not say that the update is to blame.

S voice is disabled.

And I can't find any setting that removes this sound.

I would like no sounds at all.
I don't want to have to turn down volume before opening the camera app.

Welcome to Android Central! You got an update for the Note Edge? That's odd, since it was released in Nov 2014. Or is it some other phone?

Go to Settings>Accessibility​ and see if any of those settings are turned on.
