What carrier are you on? The OTA updates for non-Nexus devices are released by the carriers. For instance, T-Mobile hasn't released their version of LP yet. Whereas, Sprint and AT&T have released their versions.

I would like to know the answer to this as well. I have the AT&T Note 4 and every time I check for the update it fails and says "Software Update Interrupted". Does anyone know if this is normal if AT&T hasn't pushed the update to my phone yet? Or is something wrong?
