Note pro 10 UK user security updates

Just had the April security update land and install on my UK note 10 pro. No issues and I'm thinking its a little bit faster.

Now on miui 13.0.8 global, stable.

13 generally seems faster than 12 but since updating my Note 10 Pro from 12, I've had irritating issues with sound notifications. Some work without volume up and others don't. Vibration for notifications are ok and they come through to my Mi Watch but the sounds are all over the place.

Interesting.

I've had MIUI 13 for 3 days after a long wait with a 2020 Poco F2 Pro which has a great screen and a premium chipset .

The only thing negative I notice so far is that scrolling is reduced in speed and pauses, where it had become super fast for a 60hz screen in the last few months.

Dev options animation scales still set at 0.5 so I hope it improves. (I don't think animation scales made a difference really)
