Note Pro 12.2 sometimes turns off after in sleep mode

I got a used Galaxy Note Pro 12.2 for over a month. Everything is OK and works perfectly. However, it will turn itself off when not in use after some time(in sleep mode). Sometimes it turns off when not in use after about 15 minutes, sometimes over 10 hours, sometimes it won't turn off. Fortunately, when I am using it, it works fine and will not turn off. I have tried resetting the device and taking off the book cover, it is still the same.

It is a minor issue to me. I can turn it on again if I have to use it again. But I think a tablet should not turn itself off automatically even in sleep mode without any user's command just like my andriod phone won't turn itself off even in long hour sleep.

Is there anything I can do to fix this issue?

I bought a new battery, put it in and it started doing what you just described. After a few days I replaced it with an old one and now it's fine. So for me it is battery I bought off eBay.
