note samsung 3 battery issue or motherboard???

hey mine sot battery just 1 hour and 40min with 15% brightness, sms about 20min.., everything off, gps,nfc, air wiev, smart stay... and the same options.. i worried when i buy new battery from aliexpress the same was , how know is battery problem or phone?? i had another galaxy note 3 battery 3hours screen of time with max brightness everything on gps, wifi, air, nfc,smart stay.. when i got new battery and insert to the phone battery good , from 8. a,m to 20 p.m dropped down20% battery so left 80 in20 p.m how much percent with the motherboard problem or phone do you guess be was the same with new battery, very discharging fast!!! what to do when was the same issue with the new battery? faster dropping down 1% in every 15sec now with the old battery, battery date 2017years or 2018 i dont know

Go to Settings, Device Maintenance, Battery, then Battery Usage to see what is using your battery.
To fix, start by clearing the cache and reboot the phone. Good luck
