I wrote a disgruntled email which I rarely do. I am angry about the people stealing, reflects the sad state of the world, but at the same time I don't think it is OUR fault. For one thing if Samsung only had 30,000 cards, they should have only passed out 30,000 confirmation numbers. There seems to be a fair amount of us who got a confirmation number without an email. Back to what I was saying about it not being our fault.. Technically Samsung should have done a better job at preventing these thefts from happening. Those credits belonged to us, the honest customers. If I borrowed your laptop and left it carelessly laying out in public and it was stolen, yes it is the thief that did wrong, but is me that takes the blame because I should have seen that coming. I have to believe that if they would have secured this like they should have, a good number of us on the tail end of this would have our credit. Instead, they let the thieves get away with it and tell the customer who support them "tough, get over it". That just leaves a bad taste in my mouth..
