Note9 incoming call ringtone speaker issue

When I have an incoming call, the bottom speaker only fire up not both. It only works while the phone is on a straight surface. Anyone having this issue? I tried "disable increasing ringtone" app but it needs licence. Anyone have an alternative app or a fix for that problem? I really can't hear my phone while it was ringing. Plz help.

I never heard need a license?

This happens only in calls ? If you go into YouTube both speakers work?

I'm guessing he means "disable increasing ringtone" is an app that requires a paid license but I could be wrong.
