I noticed this yesterday at work.. I set my Droid on vibrate but it only seems to do it when I get a phone call...not for SMS, Gtalk, TwitDroid or any other app. I'm not sure what is up but it's very annoying 
(Note: I did tell all the apps to vibrate in their own settings as well.)
Any ideas?
