Nothing Downloads from Google Play Store

Just got a new contract phone, set everything up, mobile internet is working fine, can use Facebook, Google and all other apps, however when I try to download anything from the Play Store it doesn't work... I just see the blue progress bar constantly, Snapchat has been downloading for about 30 minutes now to no avail. I have restarted the phone, cleared the cache, re-logged, everything... help?!
