Nothing Phone 1 Issues

I have an 8t and I love it. Custom rom makes all the difference.

Oh, yes, I love (loved) my 7. I'm talking about the new models and the ColorOS merge.

Just jumping in here. As an enthusiast that can't possibly purchase every new phone (though I might if resources were unlimited). I'm likely to want to stick with a proven and trusted brand. Why would I want a Nothing phone as opposed to a Samsung, Google, One Plus, or other proven brand? Because of LEDs in the back panel?

They'd have to be offering a superior experience at a very competitive price. What am I receiving for the risk I'm taking? Unless I just have money to waste a whole heck of a lot of reviews would need need to tell me it's as good or better than the competition. Is that what the reviews are saying?

ColorOS is only in the Chinese version of OnePlus, not US or international

ColorOS is only in the Chinese version of OnePlus, not US or international

In Android 11 they started to merge the base code of OxygenOS with ColorOS and planned to have an unified system with Android 12. There was a big outcry in the international OnePlus communities and they backtracked, just a bit. Android 12 is still called OxygenOS but ColorOS is still all around.

Many users installed the ColorOS 12 Beta version (China) in their 7 series models and later the Oxygen 12 Beta (India). Yeah, long story Anyway, basically the only difference is the bloatware included in Chinese models being both systems practically the same.

Yeah it's still called OxygenOS.. I've had many OP devices... Nothing bad about this device. Still everything in it that Oxygen OS had previously. I'm not seeing any downside

I'll hold my 2 - one plus 7 as long as I can both work great Easley comparable with other device new on the market

i've had mine for 2 months now and i rly like it (i thought it'd be heavy since it's a 6.5in phone but it's not bad at all),everything is working as intended and there's no bugs at all it's a very solid phone for the price!

Edit: it's nice to see nothing now have their own section!
