Notifcation number on app icons (social media etc.)

Is there a way to turn this feature off, I would prefer not having notification numbers show on app icons such as facebook, instagram and twitter.

...curious are you using TeslaUnread? I'm not sure if the LG is the same as the S8/Note 8, where you need an app like that. If so, in the settings for TeslaUnread, uncheck those apps.

Nope. It just does it.

You can't turn it off without using a different launcher with that option.

...probably a good excuse to use Nova Launcher; then you'd have to use TeslaUnread, too

Unfortunately, using Nova screws up other stuff, like Knock On/Off...yes, you can get apps to do the same thing, but they also mess with security. So there are pluses and minuses to everything.

You dont need an app to use the knock on/off with Nova. There is a setting to use it with Nova. I've been using for a couple of days now. It has a short delay for the knock off but it's no issue.
