I have a Verizon voicemail icon that is showing 1 call. Problem is that after deleting all calls, icon is still there. Can get it off notification bar. I have cleaned cache & data , tried force stop. Still there. Disable grayed out. ( Thanks Verizon !!! ) any thoughts please.

I found the solution
Settings - Apps - All. scroll down to phone - delete Data. Will not effect contacts - just removes Icon
