Notification Grayed Out

I recently did a factory reset because my internal memory was not reading properly, and now I have an annoying problem.

The notification for the sounds is grayed out. A reset of the phone fixes the problem, but this grayed out sound always becomes the outcome.



Please help.

They randomly turned back on without a restart of the phone. I would still like to know what causes this, though!
