Notification Icons

ever since i've set up my nexus i've noticed that my notification icons that stay in the bar the whole time, like my weather or battery percentage were to the far left, just like on my droid x, but new notifications, such as emails or texts would be towards the middle. i actually like this since it split them up a little bit. but, this morning i restarted my phone and now all my notification icons, except for the system ones are towards the middle. any ideas why its doing this, or how to get it back the way it was before?

Do yo have a notification possibly on the left that could be black and can't be seen which is pushing the others to the right? That's the only reason I can think that could happen unless your installing mods to your phone. You could try removing those notifications in those apps the re apply them and see if that changes anything.
