Notification issues - samsung galaxy S8 and Fossil Q Gen 2

Hi,
I just recently bought a Fossil Q Marshal Gen 2 Smartwatch, Silver.
At first it was able to connect to all functionality when paired to my Samsung galaxy S8, however the next day the notification on some apps,example: SMS, viber etc. Just stop responding.

I also tried several times factory resets and now only facebook messenger and answering/decline calls is all it does,plus the spotify/music app only able to go next or previous tracks and unable to pause/stop current track.

Any tips to solve this issue?
