Notification keeps appearing

Not really fond of Android system but V20 rocks me! Now I am the V20 user, this phone is phenomenal although the battery life could be more better.

Let's cut to the chase, although i use the "clear all" button to dismiss all notifications, they still appear after a period of time. Weren't they clear actually? It's very annoying.

It depends on which notifications you're talking about. Certain notifications (like those from the Google app) will often reappear, because the app is designed to keep you updated on things that matter to you, like the weather.
