notification settings on the X

Does the X have the same level of customization setting as the original droid has and does it also have the multi color led light like the droid?

Customization is incredible. The LED seems to be only Red for critical battery, and green for notifications.

I've gotten the LED to be Red, Green, and Blue. Need to try yellow and see if that works. Some Apps have even better customization for notifications than the stock system.

I believe it does purple for voicemail.

Blink apparently is the app that will do this...although I have not tried it.

blink does work, flawless at least it does on my X

yes blink works, and so does handcent... the led is fully custamizable.... blue , red , green , orange , white , cyan , purple , and yellow

I use SMS Popup, which puts an incoming text message over the lock screen and allows custom colors and tones for individual contacts. Works well for me, but I don't have a lot of text contacts.
