Notification shade send reply to wrong message

So my buddy just showed me a bug in his Samsung Note 8. When he gets a text message, he hits the reply from the notification shade. While typing the reply message to the first text, if another text message comes in from a different person before he hits send, when he does hit send, his reply goes to the SECOND text message chain! This happened when our boss texted him while he was texting a reply to his girlfriend. Haven't found this listed anywhere and was wondering how to get the bug reported to google.

And yes, it is repeatable on my S8+.
