Notification sounds - how to assign new ones?

I downloaded from Play Store several notification/ringtone sound packages - I'd like to assign some of them as notification sounds (vs. ringtones) but the packages don't show up as options to pick from when I try to select a different notification. Is there any way around that, or can they ONLY be used as ringtones?

Anyone?? Buehler? No way to use the tones from those packs that show up when you search "notification sounds" on the Play Store???

ive never used a notification pack mate but i think if you move ANY mp3 file to the Ringtones folder it'l be available to use

..just noticed theres a Notifications folder too so try that

yeah Zedge is good.. once you set a sound using the app, it will be in the correct folder if you need it again
