notification sounds keep changing back to default

For some reason my email/text notifications keep changing back to the default.
I am using LauncherPro Plus if it makes a difference.

Do i need to go back to the OE interface to make the change?

LauncherPro Plus does not effect notification, keep in mind that the phone resets default ringer if phone is set to Storage Card mode and the phone needs to alert you because the ringers are stored on the card and the files on card in inaccessible in Storage Card mode or PC mode.

I figured it out. You have to select default.

How did you fix? Does your screen brightness revert back to default as well? mine does...

I'm not getting how that fixed it if the main thing you was trying to do was not use the stock ringers? That answer will just reset stock ringers.

When i selected my zedge ringtone i then had to select default which is what the zedge tone was set to by the phone.

When you select a tone using a outside app, it is set as the default. You then go into ringtones and select default as your tone.
