notification sounds on Droid

How can I set all sounds to off except if the phone rings? Appreciate any help.
At night, I want to hear if the phone rings but no other sounds.

Turn Notifications off under Settings.

I use Quick Profiles, a free app, to setup BB-like profiles. I have one called Night that only allows calls through for sounds.

I downloaded Bedside app. It turns off all notifacations except the phone ringer when plugged into the charger.
