Somehow I caused this, but the audio files listed in Settings > Sound > Notification are duplicated. Each sound shows twice. I searched but didn't find actual duplicate files. I tried clearing the cache and it didn't help. Do one of you have an idea on what's causing this?

EDIT: The answer was to simply clear the cache of "Media Storage" in Settings > Apps > Media Storage
