Notification sounds/ vibrations... poof... GONE

I want to like this phone. I really do. But, for the last day or so, I have had absolutely no notification sounds or vibrations. I have gone through every setting known to man. I have re-setup each notification for text, email, etc... but, nothing has changed. Reboots don't help. No Smart Actions are active that might cause it. :sigh: I hate to go through the hassle of returning this thing... but, if I can't get my messages, what good is it?

Between this and the issue of not being able to upload to Google+, I'm beyond frustrated with this RAZR.

Ok... I've had three Google accounts linked to my Android phones since day one. Same on this phone. Deleting all but the main one brought back all of my notifications. WTF is that all about???

Strange. I have 3 google accounts setup and mine work great.

I've actually seen this issue on other Android phones as well, and fixed it in the exact same way. I have literally no idea what causes it though.
