Notification Toggle: how to add flashlight and/or enable pull down from lockscreen?

Just like in the Note 5? It would be extremely handy at night when I need to turn on the flashlight quickly.

I you can't manage to get that from the stock settings you could try downloading Power Toggles from the Play Store. With this app you can create a toggle in your notification bar and on the lock screen.

I can't answer that. I don't keep Google Voice action on, but the command "turn flashlight on" is what I had to use (KK4.4.4) after pressing the voice button. It wouldn't turn off afterward using a similar off command (tested it) by Google, but no big deal. Pressing a button is easy. It was enough steps that for me it isn't practical. Much easier to drop the app link in a folder and press it. Nice to know, though, for those that want to do it that way.
