Notification Weirdness & Not Working

Hi there,

I'm trying to get the default V60 Notifications working on my phone. I like that it's *supposed* to light up around the edges ... but it's not. I can pick and choose what apps I want the notification to work for - none of them work, I set them, they unset themselves. You can actually see the slider go back to white after setting it to blue. I set to ALL it unsets to none. Seems like a simple process if it would just work. I did the same thing the guy in the video did and his V60 notifications worked.

Any ideas?

Thanks,
Deb

I tried again today. It seems to like the Bubbles setting instead of the blue lighting but it still won't allow me to set individual app notifications and I get no bubbles nor do I get anything to light up. I'd really like to use the default settings/apps instead of having to download an individual app for every little enhancement. It's no wonder people have so many problems w/their phones.

Yep phones are getting pretty confusing to use unless you're a tech nerd or frequent phone forums. My parents tried smartphones and both said no way, too confusing give me a flip phone. I can't say I blame them... the learning curve is way too steep for new users.
