Question Notifications come through when I unlock screen?

Really need help.

My notifications come through when I unlock my phone.

Strange that this sometimes doesn't happen?
Mostly does.

Not sure but think it may be when battery is below 70%. Could be wrong.

Affecting my business badly!

Any help would really be appreciated

Probability your power save options are set that way. Go to your settings to select how you want them to be.

Welcome to Android Central! Chinese manufacturers like Xiaomi also tend to kill apps in the background aggressively in a misguided attempt to improve battery life. Look through each app's settings to make sure their battery optimization settings are "Unrestricted", and also see if there are any options related to allowing the app to remain in RAM to prevent it from being killed by the system.

Hi thank you for replies. I have now locked the app in Ram. I think I tried this once before but I will see what happens.
