notifications gone

Since updating my phone to Nougat, sms and call notifications on my Garmin Fenix 3hr have stopped. I've tried changing every setting on my phone and in the Garmin Connect Mobile app and nothing works.

I even deleted the GCM app and reinstalled it.

Any suggestions out there? Something Nougat has changed that I've overlooked?

I believe I solved my issue. I finally performed a Master Reset on the Fenix 3 hr and in the process of reinstalling my watch faces and widgets, I noticed the Google Calendar widget was giving me some issues. Seems that Google has changed the way 3rd party apps access your calendar and once I uninstalled it, a text came through on my watch.
