Notifications in order

Is it possible to have notifications to display in the order they come in?

In notification panel or lock screen? I don't think you either one .

Both. They are a jumbled mess at times because it's not in any kind of order. If I get a new notification it's usually stuck in the middle of everything.

I had trouble once and automatic date and time had been turned off somehow
