Notifications "on the lock screen" frequently resents

I set my notifications "on the lock screen' setting to "do not show notifications at all". Every couple of days I have to go in and reset it because it automatically flips to "hide sensitive notification content".

I have an original Pixel phone and i haven't noticed any type of pattern or trigger causing it yet.
Does anyone else had this happening to them?
