Notify you when you are away from your phone

I have a Moto X 2014 along with the Moto 360. Many times when I leave my office I forget to take my phone with me. It certainly would be nice to have the Moto 360 let me know when I am so many feet away from My phone by By vibrating.Does anybody know this is possible.

Find My Phone app will make your watch vibrate automatically when it loses it's bluetooth connection with your phone. There are several apps with the same name. The one I use is by NICK APPS.
