Theres nothing wrong with MM v10d..., the latest v10e has a few battery issues.. But December is pretty good for N actually.. it only hit the Nexus devices in August / September....

The problem with LG is.. every region.. has a different region update letter from their carrier.. So, v10c... d..f..h.. could all be the same OS, build... its a real pain in the butt whien flashing the "Latest" through LGUP.. coz you got to find out your region letter for example, in EU/UK its v10e... but there are others still on v10d and I believe Asia have a v10f and a 10h somewhere else.. seriously .. The reason for this however, is certain regions use different types of hardware acording to their radio bands, NFC chips and circuitry which are changed for that regions patents and laws.. and so they require more or less updates.. Perfect ecample is AT&T, Sprint or Verizon.. who change hardware... So, check your region.. or you could brick it ..

If you want the latest Rom.. head over to XDA or do a search... and flash it through LGUP, make sure you back up your data... and you know what your doing...
